Rootstock Software has unveiled its Spring ’25 Release, a major update designed to enhance user experience, integrate AI-powered capabilities, and strengthen financial tools for manufacturers. This update focuses on improving speed, visibility, and control across business operations.
A major component of the Release is a redesigned user interface, initially rolling out across 200 Lightning record pages. This update introduces cleaner layouts, tabbed navigation, direct form editing, smart KPIs, and simplified screen flows, making data entry more efficient and reducing clicks. The goal is to boost productivity while minimizing training time.

The update also brings 360-degree pages, offering users a consolidated view of critical business information, such as orders, pricing, and invoices, eliminating the need for cross-navigation and enabling quicker decision-making. Real-time inventory synchronization with field service workflows ensures that technicians and dispatch teams have up-to-date stock information, improving service efficiency.
AI continues to be a focus, with Rootstock embedding its AIRS engine into Quick Entry and Quick Order screens. By analyzing customer history, AIRS can recommend products, streamline order processing, and enhance accuracy. Other financial enhancements include a redesigned PO/AP Match Workbench, customizable report filters in Rootstock Financial Analytics, and improved control over posting periods.
Operational improvements include support for alternate items in distribution requirements planning and the automatic transfer of notes from requisitions to purchase orders.
