STAMFORD, Conn. - Information Services Group (ISG), a prominent technology research and advisory firm, has initiated a comprehensive study on SAP service providers as SAP intensifies its focus on artificial intelligence to enhance its offerings. This research, culminating in the ISG Provider Lens™ report titled SAP Ecosystem 2025, aims to provide enterprise buyers with insights into global SAP service vendors. The study results are scheduled for release in April 2025.
ISG’s report will assist enterprises in evaluating existing vendor relationships and exploring new opportunities in the SAP service space. Insights will cover service providers supporting SAP S/4HANA adoption, cloud migration, and AI-driven solutions for large and mid-sized enterprises. This research aligns with SAP’s ongoing strategy to establish S/4HANA as a digital core, supported by recent AI-driven improvements such as SAP’s acquisition of WalkMe, which augments the SAP copilot Joule for enhanced workflow productivity.
ISG’s reports will divide SAP services into nine quadrants, covering areas like SAP S/4HANA transformation, managed services, cloud economics, and FinOps for SAP. Each quadrant will examine providers' capabilities for application optimization, cloud management, and AI integration in SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, essential for organizations seeking flexible solutions.
The research will span regions, including the Asia Pacific, Brazil, Germany, the U.K., and the U.S. Markets will benefit from locally-focused insights crafted by ISG’s regional experts, with Akhila Harinarayan, Mara Kukla, Oliver Nickels, Maharshi Pandya, and Tarun Vaid serving as lead authors.
ISG’s 2025 evaluations will also incorporate expanded customer experience data, offering enterprises additional perspective on providers.
