In partnership with SAP and Amazon Web Services (AWS), Deloitte India has launched the Near Zero Cost Migration programme to help existing SAP ERP customers transition to the RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud. This initiative aims to accelerate cloud adoption while assisting organizations to control costs and minimize risk during the migration process.
The programme provides a simplified and affordable route to cloud ERP, backed by a robust, scalable infrastructure. Leveraging the combined strengths of Deloitte, SAP, and AWS, it enables organisations to modernise their core systems with minimal upfront investment and a quicker return on value. Deloitte’s AI-powered tools, such as MigrateX, facilitate automation in crucial stages like system assessment, SAP Note analysis, CVI deduplication, and testing. Coupled with AWS’s capabilities, including high availability and zero data loss disaster recovery, the programme ensures a secure and unified migration journey.
Leaders from the three organisations highlighted the importance of collaboration in driving successful digital transformation. Anand Rajagopalan from Deloitte South Asia noted that aligning IT transformation with business goals allows for a structured and value-driven migration. Vinay Prabhakar emphasised the role of alliances in breaking cost barriers and accelerating innovation, while SAP’s Nitish Agrawal pointed out the opportunity for customers to future-proof operations through cloud technology. AWS’s Praveen Sridhar underscored the programme’s streamlined, automated approach to modernisation.
The Near Zero Cost Migration programme is available to Indian enterprises until July 2025, offering customised support and best practices to ensure a smooth and secure shift to cloud ERP.
