When asked about the inception story of CW ERP Solutions, Ajay says, "When I was working with different organizations, I always observed that there were several challenges for acquiring the right ERP solutions. That's when the thought of having an ERP solution that is very simple and user friendly came into my mind. So, we started our own software company back in 2012 and we were partners with one of the recognized ERP companies. We then had an opportunity to work with renowned companies like Decathlon, Apco, Lee Cooper, Organic Foods and Caf", and Organic India to name a few.
At this time, when we started, there was a significant gap between the client's expectations and the services that were offered to them by other companies. So, we wanted to address this issue and offer the solutions after completely understanding their requirements. We also wanted to offer a solution that will be easy to implement and modify. As of now, we have created a diversified product portfolio that includes End to End Software Solutions for Retail, Manufacturing and Distribution businesses.
This includes eCommerce, Order Management, Point of Sale, Warehousing, Procurement, Production, Sales Management, and Finance & Accounting. We also have other products that deal with CRM, Supply Chain Management, and Analytics. Apart from that, we have also created Omnichannel Retail products including Merchandise Management, Order Management, Customer and Loyalty Management to name a few'.
