Covid has disrupted the way organisations look at HR technology. Once seen as 'good to have' has now become a 'must have'. In the early 2000s when the corporate realm was not even starting to take ERP adoption across their operations seriously, industry stalwart Arun Jain laid the foundation for the creation of Adrenalin eSystems Limited. He wanted an Indian HR tech product to enable HR functions to streamline their HR processes towards being a more cohesive unit. In this regard, Adrenalin was truly the pioneer in India in the HR technology space. In the current turmoiled market landscape, Adrenalin's ability to adapt to the changing business environment and client requirements has helped the company to stay relevant in the market. This apart from also offering HR Foundation, Leave & Attendance and Payroll, which helps lay the foundation for HR processes. With the products, we wanted to enable clients, fill the gaps in critical areas. Most importantly, there was no flow of employee data across various departments, because they worked in silos, thereby leading to gaps, delays and consequently errors in processes. HR could not run a basic headcount report as data was scattered across disparate sources leading to data leakage and timeliness in filing reports was affected. Our product comes with in-depth functionality and comprehensiveness that is enviable. It is scalable and modular too. When it comes to integration with other ERP systems, our solutions are flexible and easily integrate with other processes and solutions".
