Regions Bank Unveils New ERP Finance Solution To Streamline Business Cash Flow

Regions Bank has introduced Regions Embedded ERP Finance, an innovative Treasury Management solution powered by Koxa, designed to seamlessly integrate financial data with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This solution automates financial workflows, eliminating manual data entry and providing businesses with real-time access to financial accounts within their ERP platforms.

Currently, business clients manually enter or upload financial data from their Regions accounts into their own ERP systems that they use to manage money, track sales, oversee inventory, manage customer relationships and more,” the bank said in a news release. Now, with Regions Embedded ERP Finance, clients can immediately access and review financial accounts and data in real-time within their own ERP platforms. This means no manual uploading and, as a result, quicker access to solid business-management data.”

The platform is currently compatible with Workday, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Sage Intacct and will expand to include additional ERP systems. It enhances security with full auditability features and advanced fraud prevention controls.

Future upgrades will allow businesses to initiate ACH and wire payments, manage payroll, and handle expense reimbursements directly from their Regions Bank accounts within their accounting software. This innovation follows other digital Treasury Management offerings, including Regions CashFlowIQ, Visa Commercial Pay Mobile, and BillerXChange.
