Enterprise cloud and Industrial AI software leader IFS has named Matt Breslin as its new President, in North America. Breslin will lead IFS’s growth strategy in key sectors, including Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities & Resources, Aerospace & Defense, Construction & Engineering, Service, and Telecommunications.
Announced on February 24, his role focuses on driving Industrial AI and cloud adoption, helping businesses enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences through IFS’s technology.
Breslin joins IFS from Upland Software, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer, leading global sales, marketing, and customer success. His career also includes leadership positions at Infor, SAP, and Oracle.
Simon Niesler, Chief Revenue Officer at IFS, emphasized Breslin’s industry expertise and leadership in high-performance teams, stating, “Matt’s experience will be instrumental in helping customers adopt Industrial AI and see a fast return on investment.”
Breslin succeeds David Spencer, who is retiring. He expressed enthusiasm for his new role, noting, “IFS’s distinct technology and impressive growth trajectory set it apart in enterprise software. I look forward to working with the North American team to harness the opportunities Industrial AI presents.”
